About Susan Buhr, Owner and Broker ....
After graduating from Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Public Administration, Susan spent 22 years in professional purchasing and contracts administration. Working for large, multinational corporations in the utility and computer software industries, she completed numerous multi-million dollar purchases involving property, commodities, services, and equipment.
Susan is a current member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, Columbus Board of Realtors, Hilliard Realty Association, Independent Brokers Association, Junior Achievement and Heritage Golf Club. Susan is also an active committee member on the real estate agent Grievance Committee of the Columbus Board of Realtors. She lives in Hilliard with her husband and family. PDS Real Estate brokerage is owned and operated by a woman.
In addition to her corporate experience, Susan and her husband have personally undertaken the purchase/construction of eight homes and undergone nine interstate relocations, making her residential expertise and experience more than just “academic.” In past years, she has helped turn millions of dollars in real estate home buyers into easy, low-risk experiences for her clients, while saving them tens of thousands of dollars. Susan's motto is, "real estate is my profession - not my hobby!"
